Pasta and Rice

From our excellence, we created first dishes, which include not only rice, also in its flavoured variations (with boletus mushrooms, truffle, strawberries and chive), but also our delicious egg pasta, flagship of our tradition. We produce several types of pasta: from typical Piedmontese tagliolini to tagliatelle, from Granny’s egg farfalle to our colored pasta in its different shapes, all prepared according to the ancient recipes and loved by children and adults and with a quick cooking time.
